Make the Move in 5 Steps

1. Call 309-347-3106 or stop by to speak with a New Account Representative.   
2. Stop using your account with your other bank.
   Keep your old account open until direct deposits and automatic payments move and all outstanding checks clear.
3. Change your direct deposit (employer and other payments sources).
   Call 800-772-1213 to move Social Security/SSI benefits.
   Call 877-838-2778 to move Veteran’s benefits.
4. Change your automatic payments (including those that use your debit card number). 
5. Close your old account. Send this to your existing bank.
